I did a version of this with male Shepard after the leak, so felt like I ought to do a corresponding version.

Interestingly, Shepard’s animation changes here depending on gender. Male Shepard only pats his belly with one hand briefly. Not sure how I feel about the implications there.

My main femSheps ain’t pregnant. Game can’t convince me otherwise, on account of one has not had sex since she’s been in space, and the other only knocks boots with an Asari so she’d not be the one getting pregnant there.

On new ME3 trailery stuff.

There’s only one rumoured new potential squadmate/love interest I’m really curious to see. But I don’t know that I expect to see this character anywhere until the game is actually out, since ::SPOILER::

she’s supposedly only a romance option for femShep. This is relevant to my has-romanced-no-one-because-none-of-the-ladies-she’s-interested-in-have-been-in-game-options!femShep’s interests in case they don’t actually allow for a femShep/Ashley romance. Which I’m really hoping for.

Hmm. Hair is still down. But at least it looks like she will have at least ONE combat-ready outfit that is not subjected to a boob-window. Still side-eyeing the ME3 team for “giving her sex appeal,” though.

The midriff bandage/strap thing REALLY ANNOYS ME, but the hair isn’t so bad. I wish it didn’t have a pony tail though.

Jack is looking very Tank Girl, which is never a bad thing, and I love Jack, I adore her vicious messed up self.

All I know is I am glad she’ll be in it!

Bolded because I had been having Thoughts earlier along those lines re: construction of arcs for female companion characters in ME2 versus those in DA2, especially on the handling of LIs and their handling of their “emotional baggage” and issues in connection to the romance. Dragon Age writers handled things better. On several points.
