Someone stated today that the gaming industry cannot and should not change for the “2%” demographic that is female. Since we all know that 85% of statistics are made up on the spot, I’m curious to see how many people in the tumblr sphere are part of this demographic.

Edit on Feb. 9, 2013 @ 9:08 PST – A lot of people are getting rankled at my lack of actual science or that tumblr’s userbase is predominantly female (it’s actually mostly male but I digress). Honestly I am simply trying to find out how many women I can reach, and how many men I can reach. I’m not trying to replace actual statistics and studies — of which there are many — I am simply polling tumblr. Thanks for understanding!
