The progression of the Knight. It’s hard not to admire the intricacy of this armor. It’s easy to see that these men were practically walking tanks on the battlefield.

Gosh I stayed up til 5am once reading about the stages of plate armour dressing with modern demonstrations from armourers and how exactly you have the weight distributed and the padded underclothes and jajfkabdksb boners

Anyone know where this is from?

I found some on Google Books searching the artist’s name.

I DON’T BRAG I MOSTLY BOAST: I am getting really tired of this idea that “arguing on the internet” isn’t activism.

The internet can help open eyes and change minds. I know it has for me.

Honey

Your use of a feminine-based patronizing “endearment” to talk down to me has accomplished the task of making me realize that there is no point in speaking to you any longer. If you want to discuss this further, go to the relevant post on my tumblr. Good day to you, sir/ma’am.

Oh.
My.
God.

I don’t know whether I’m supposed to laugh or cry. Mostly I feel sick because god fucking DAMN.

okay last I checked the word “honey” was based on the word, well. honey

you know

THE SHIT YOU EAT

NOT ON FEMALES

Seriously. Honey is a term of endearment (or a mild term of side-eyeing) which is applied to both males and females.

my fellow men

no matter what a woman puts on or how she dresses

respect her because she’s a damn human being

Those guys really look like they want to “respect” the shit out of her, y’all.

Agreed with B-mommy that they do not look interested in the “respect” part of this graphic and adding that I really, really resent the implication that women should only dress in the way they want men to see them. Women should dress in whatever damn way they feel most comfortable with themselves. Is it wrong to “dress to impress” anyone else? No. But that’s not the only reason out there to wear clothes, and it should not be treated as the only reason a woman wears whatever she wears.
