Things that piss me off: when people blame the Affordable Care Act and/or Obama when their insurance company–which basically has a monopoly in the state–hikes rates up like the greedy capitalist corporate asshole it is. Because how dare it be forced to cover people who cost it money ( like me). Also, said company pisses me off with its feel-good “we’re the good guys” tv ads which only ever feature things it is possible to recover from–never chronic conditions or mental illness. Because they can’t “fix” those and they like to be shitty about those supplies and medications, so those wouldn’t make good PR tv spots.
