I love this.

I also love that the people doing things on Elementary actually apparently took the short amount of time to research the fact that, yes, for some type 2 diabetics (as the suspect turned out to be) do benefit from the use of insulin pumps.

Diabetes is normally so poorly researched by shows (see the mercifully short-lived Do No Harm and many other medical shows) when it really takes NO MORE THAN FIVE SECONDS OF GOOGLING TO FIND OUT BASICALLY ANYTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW. 

Research. It’s really not that hard.
